What I like about this video is the format. Everyone has a different learning style when it comes to learning hoop dance moves. This man is so full of life and just looks like dvc having FUN. He also explains things several different ways and it's accompanied by visuals.

It provides a clear and detailed instructions for those new to hooping.

I love the adjustable straps that help them stay in place with ease. You will learn a lot from this DVD. This allows Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest integration.
